How much does it cost to advertise?
Nothing as housead.co.uk is a new alternative to estate agents we are not charging a penny for this service however  this will change in the future when housead.co.uk becomes a household name but for the time being it is totally free so you have nothing to lose just money to save

Once we reach our targets we will charge for this service but our costs will still be very low. House prices have doubled in some areas over the last five years so percentage based agency profits have also doubled we think this is unfair so housead.co.uk was established to bring some balance back to the housing market and to break the monopoly of the estates agents either way if you wish to let or sell you property housead.co.uk will save you your hard earned money.

Advertising on housead.co.uk
housead.co.uk is a property advertising service for people wishing to sell or let their property privately. Advertising on housead.co.uk is simple Complete the online property registration process and your property will appear immediately on housead.co.uk with its own web page. Potential buyers and tenants are then able to view the details you have provided and make contact through the secure email service.

Estate agents & housead.co.uk?
As housead.co.uk is solely  a property advertiser   and not acting as an agent you will not have to pay a sole agency or multiple agency commission if you sell or let to someone introduced through your privet advert with  housead.co.uk. However you should carefully read any terms of contract  from your agency to see if it states 'sole selling rights'  as you may become  liable for agency commission.
